Chef Mark Horldt is celebrating 13 years as the Head Chef for Di’Michelli’s Catering. Chef Horldt is a Johnson Wales graduate with over 35 years of experience. He trained in French cuisine and is exceptional in fine dining.
Chef Horldt has resided in Port St. Lucie for more than 19 years. He has been married for 20 years and has four children. The art of cooking is his passion
